We offer free tenant rights counseling for San Francisco renters and are one of a few organizations in the city that does so for both private and subsidized housing tenants, including tenants in public housing, low-income housing, and section 8 units. We have stayed committed to helping all tenants fight for their rights since 1979!

Please call our counseling lines (numbers below) and leave a message. Please state your name and number slowly, so we can return your call. A counselor will return your call during counseling hours (dependent on location). The call will be from a blocked number.
Counseling is available in Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, English and Russian. We do NOT accept counseling questions via email.
